By using HomeHive PH as a seller or buyer, you agree to these terms.
Platform
HomeHive PH is a marketplace facilitator — we are not the owner of listed items. We coordinate transactions between sellers and buyers.
Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Buyers agree to:
Make full payment before shipping, provide accurate delivery address, and raise disputes within 24 hours of receiving items.
Commission
Deducted from sale price before seller payment is released. No charge if item doesn't sell.
Refunds
Valid within 24 hours of receipt for items significantly different from description or damaged on arrival.
Prohibited items
Counterfeit goods, expired products, weapons, stolen items, and anything illegal under Philippine law
